VICTOR CLARKE

Vic was an engineer who maintained an extensive workshop at his home. When QAM moved to Caloundra in 1985, Vic was recruited by Councillor John Harrison and was appointed Co-ordinator. He assembled a team of volunteers to work at the site. He made the entrance door to the Bennett building and was involved in all the projects of the day. He was regarded as the elder statesman of the group and had the pleasure of opening the door after the ribbon was cut by Mrs Ly Bennett. He passed away in October 1996.
